Human Resource Development:

      The HRD activities at CRC comprise wide-ranging courses of small modules in short durations for awareness creation among the masses. These courses include training/orientation/refresher courses and are targeted at professionals especially in the field of education and I.C.D.S. Programmme. School teachers, paramedical workers, State Government officials monitoring services of the handicapped, anganwadi workers etc. are the chief beneficiaries of these short-term courses

Allied Activities:

      Besides academic and clinical activities, the professionally qualified personnel at CRC are actively engaged in delivering lectures for educating and rehabilitating the disabled. They do so by participating in various short-term training programmes organized by NGOs in Himachal Pradesh and across the country. The CRC staff also inspect the various NGOs and Government organizations in Himachal Pradesh and other states, under the directive of the Government of India, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
